For the fact that the culinary art was conducted in the Dr.'s renovated address 'P4', the dish inherited the name. The curry is of the modern genre 'fusion cooking' that easily blends Middle East cuisine with the native taste of Malabar in Kerala. This is best served with half-cut Butter Naan and after-boiled mild mint water, with a companion like Firu.
